Echoes in Times is a collection of inspirational poems by Kathy A. Wittman, written over a time period from 1970 to 2023. The book is divided into three thematic sections: Dreams and Memories,  Kaleidoscope Days, and Silver Linings. Several of her drawings and paintings are included to illustrate these sections. As the author explains, art and literature are interrelated in that they provide the artist and the writer an opportunity to express his or her thoughts and feelings about personal experiences. She concludes her book with a famous quote: "Painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt, and poetry is painting that is felt rather than seen." ~Leonardo da Vinci
