Summer Dreams

I created this composite artwork(above)using drawings by me and my two granddaughters as a component of my fourth assignment in my Drawing III class during Spring semester of 2019. My task was to use non-traditional methods to expand my creative abilities. I titled this project Summer Dreams. I also created another composite artwork(below), using drawings by my daughter and my two grand-daughters. I created two separate artworks, one abstract and one impressionistic drawing. Then I placed these artworks on a dining table with a centerpiece: flowers in a vase and a wine bottle, surrounded by the drawings, which were transformed into placemats. This installation was a huge success with my teacher and classmates.
